Seriously Heart & Sould Handmade could not have sent me these items at a better time!! When I go to the pool, park or ball field I'm usually carrying around my very expensive free VS tote! 10 Day Cleanse - Completed

AND I'M DONE!!
Word to the wise, look at the entire 10 days you plan on doing this before you commit, for instance I totally forgot my sons district tournament was in this 10 days, that was a problem.

Day 1 - 5

The first 5 days were a breeze, I ate healthy, exercised, did everything right!!

Then Saturday rolled around.
My sons allstar team had a district tournament Saturday, Sunday and Monday, so I was out of town and at the ballpark all weekend, I was skipping breakfast, having a meal bar for lunch and had fast food twice. (Saturday and Sunday) Monday I was so busy at work trying to get everything done so I could leave by 4 I didn't even have time to think to eat until i grabbed a grilled chicken wrap! SO I messed up the weekend BUT Eastons team are the district champions and will go to state July 4th weekend!! WOO HOO!!

Results 

I lost 3 pounds and 1 inch on my waist! Not too bad considering it was basically only a week long!! I feel so much better, and even though I'm not on the "cleanse" it was still such a jump start to get me back to being healthy!!

My 10 day cleanse, so far...

I've traded coffee for smoothies and i'm drinking water at night out of my wine glass ;)

I started the 10 day advocare cleanse, what is it? Its the first 10 days of the 24 day challenge ( im only doing 10 days ) it rids your body of toxins and waste while helping you lose weight and start fresh!! Want to check into it? Here is my link, feel free to email with questions :)

The first day went well, I didn't have time to make a smoothie so I grabbed a "Naked" smoothie, it was disgusting, I heard I just got the wrong flavor, either way DON'T get the double berry. Oatmeal for breakfast, yogurt and fruit for snacks! We had one of my staple meals for supper Jena Dewan Tatums Enchiladas, they are SO good!! Unless you have a LARGE family, like more than 4 kids I recommend cutting this recipe in half, or you can always freeze the left over filling, I have and its great! Here is a great smoothie recipe. 

I know you are supposed to limit your dairy, but come on, I HAD to have cheese.

Exercise, I refuse to go to the gym. I don't have time, I don't want to spend the money and I don't have a girlfriend to go with me, but I still work out at home!! I have been using Cassey Ho's Blogilates for over a year. IT REALLY WORKS! She makes working out fun!! I suggest following her on all social medias!! If you're like me and dont always have an hour to work out I suggest this one. Its 8 mins long but trust me, 8 mins is all you need!! Then I also added a beginner arm work out here, because nobody likes that arm jiggle.

When Jade Creek Boutique sent me this dress i feel in love!! How did she know I love mint and coral?? Also it is seriously so comfortable!! I wore this to church yesterday and it was perfect because I usually freeze but the 3/4 sleeve worked out!! This dress fits me perfect! I suggest if you have a booty to size up to a medium!! Dr. Brandt® Skincare pores no more® vacuum cleaner - Nice mask, smells great and my face felt smooth but I didn't see my pores suck back into my skin.. haha
Pure Brazilian Miracle Leave-In Conditioner - I was SUPER excited for this also because with my blonde hair I always need a leave in! Its really nice, doesn't work as great as It's a 10, but lets face it, does anything?? Still I do recommend it!! 
Polish - I loved that I received this in a teal blue color because I needed a new one, it went on nice and dried fast but didn't seem to stay on long, I also didn't put on a top coat so maybe that's why.
Mini Shadow Crayon - I got this one in color Aspen Pine, it works nice to put in the corner of your eye for that little pop of color!!

Office Romper

Has anyone tried finding a romper you can wear to the office?? It's HARD!! Finding a romper with the right fit alone is hard. I mean, you don't want it to crawl up...anywhere, you also dont want your booty hanging out. Well not only did I find one at Flourish Boutique, it's black which makes it look super office appropriate!! I also love rompers, dresses anything with side pockets!! Its sold out in small but if you are close to my size you can probably size up to a medium!! It does button in back which makes it hard to go potty fast, so you may want to only drink one cup of coffee in the morning! Drug Store Products

I always get asked, what foundation do you use? Then when I tell people the answer and the price they go bug eyed! My face is VERY oily and I have acne prone skin and need full coverage, so to find a product that meets all those specifications that doesn't break me out is hard!! That foundation story is for another post though ;) 

You can have a flawless face with lower end products!! 

I finally found a foundation that covers my imperfections, doesn't make me TOO greasy, doesn't break me out and cost less than $10!!Maybelline Fit Me ( my color is nude beige which is actually a tiny bit too light but I made it work! ) I do have to touch up my T zone after lunch but for $9, whatever!!

Sleek Makeup

About a month ago I decided I wanted to try the Urban Decay Electric Palette, after looking around online and YouTube I came across Sleek Makeup, all the reviews said this was a great dupe for electric. Dupe = Duplicate, in the makeup world its when you find something of equal quality for cheaper. I call BS on this being a dupe!! With that said for $13 plus $2 shipping its worth the price, but def NOT a dupe!! A little about Sleek, its a UK based company so shipping was estimated to me 7-10 business days, it took me 14 business days to get mine which is fine for less than $20!!

My review on it, the colors are VERY pretty, but they aren't as bright and pigmented as I was wanting!! If you aren't going for over the top bright or don't want to spend $50, this is for you all the way!! I love love Casey Holmes so when I saw she had a video for Electric ( here ) obvi I tried to copy!! TRIED. I'm not near as talented as her - disclaimer!! I was pleased with the outcome though!! It did last all day long, I used my Be A Bombshell Eye Base to go under it. I also bought the VI palette ( here )  

Bottom line on this, great quality, pretty color NOT a dupe for Electric!! I'll be buying more Sleek products!! :)

Graphic tees and statement necklaces

Ok ladies, my hair is not actually this flat today...just to announce that!
On to the subject...
