The directions state that this can be used twice a day and that it can also be applied to the forehead and cheek area in addition to the eyes. The serum is light weight like lotion but not too thick either and absorbs really fast! I don't have circles very bad under my eyes but the day after I woke up I could actually feel that area being more firm!! Whats even better is the price!
